Assan Foods, which gives great importance to human resources and aims for continuous training and development, prepares yearly training programs based on: 

  • Employee requests,
  • Fields of development in competencies required by the position,
  • Training programs needed by employees to achieve yearly goals,
  • Personal and professional development needs.
  • This process is also supported with leadership development programs based on position and title, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Following the training programs, we receive feedback from the participants in order to ensure the continuous development of training organizations.
  • Training analyses are carried out according to hourly employees’ mandatory vocational training and standards regarding hazardous work, and these trainings are organized by accredited institutions.
