At Assan Foods, the salary system is based on the competencies of the employee, the contribution his/her work offers to the company, and the level of difficulty and responsibility of the position.
For expert and top level employees, the HAY job evaluation and grading system is used. Salary Policies are re-assessed each year based on salary research.
