Assan Foods calls its performance management system in which the annual individual goals of employees are managed and development plans are created based on competency evaluation the “Path to Success and Development.”
The word “Success” in the title stands for the success of companies and individuals with regards to their goals while “Development” stands for a system in which competencies are mutually evaluated and effective feedback oriented towards encouraging development is offered. The “Path” to both success and development expresses that this process does not consists solely of a year-end evaluation, but rather that it is a year-long management style and a long-term “journey” which offers input for following years, as well.
